Staff were extremely helpful and helped us print paperwork for our visa extension. Good location for the immigration office and what we needed it for. Nice pool and nice breakfast. Good size room.

Lovely accommodating staff. Pretty oasis set back from the hustle and bustle. Comfy bed. Squishy pillows.

I had an appointment at immigration and this location was perfect for a quick pick up and drop off. Agus at the front desk was so warm and welcoming when I arrived and helped me with my luggage after check in. The room was small, but clean with an amazing view of the ocean overlooking the pool. I ordered food on grab and ate dinner down at the pool which was truly a delightful way to unwind after a crazy day in immigration and traffic.
